We aim to reply to every enquiry on the same working day. Quotations for large or complex jobs, such as a fit-out priced from a bill of quantities, may take a day or two longer.

Yes. We supply government bodies, private companies and NGOs against local purchase orders and tender awards. Our registration and tax documents are on the compliance page, ready to attach to a tender file.

For new clients we usually ask for payment on delivery, or a deposit on large custom orders. Institutional clients supplying an LPO can be invoiced on agreed credit terms.

We deliver across Nairobi and countrywide. Delivery within the Nairobi city centre is normally included; outside it, the cost appears as a separate line on your quotation so there are no surprises.

Yes, and it is the reason many clients stay with us. Printing, stationery, computer accessories and cleaning items can be quoted together, delivered together and invoiced once.

A vector version of your logo, such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG, gives the sharpest result. A high resolution PNG or JPG usually works too. If you have none of these, we can redraw the logo for you.

Yes. For branded items we produce a sample or a digital proof for your written approval before the full run, so nothing is printed twice.

Yes. Tell us the date of your event, launch or submission and we plan the print run backwards from it — design, proofing, printing and finishing — so the work reaches you ready to use.

A print-ready PDF is best. We also accept AI, PSD, CDR and high resolution JPG or PNG files. If you only have a logo, send that and we will prepare the layout for you.

Yes. Digital printing makes short runs affordable, so you can order fifty business cards or ten shirts without paying setup costs meant for thousands.

Yes. Send us the bill of quantities or the drawings and we will price them item by item, so your quantity surveyor can compare our quotation line for line.

A small office of two or three rooms usually takes one to two weeks from approval. Larger fit-outs depend on the drawings, materials and access to the site, and we give you a programme with the quotation.

Usually yes. We check the existing frames, glass, ceiling grid and paint colours during the site visit so the new work does not look like an afterthought.

No fixed minimum. Small orders are welcome, though a delivery charge may apply for very small quantities outside the Nairobi city centre.

Yes. For clients on a running contract we keep agreed items in stock so that a call in the morning can be delivered the same day.

Yes. We supply exercise books, foolscaps, chalk-free whiteboard sets, files and general classroom stationery, and we are used to term-time delivery schedules.

Yes. We supply original toner and ink, and we will tell you when a compatible cartridge is a sensible saving and when it risks your printer.

Yes. Our technicians deliver, connect and test the equipment, and hand over only when it is working at your desks.

Yes. Send the specification and we will quote item by item, flagging anything that is discontinued or that we think will not perform as expected.

Yes, and it is the part we enjoy most. A single list covering stationery, cleaning items, printing and a few computer accessories becomes one quotation, one delivery and one invoice.

Yes. We deliver countrywide through established couriers and our own vehicles, and the delivery cost is shown separately on the quotation.

Larger quantities attract better rates, and we pass that on. Send the quantities you expect over a quarter or a year and we will quote accordingly.
