Terms
Terms of business
The plain version of how we work together. A signed contract or an LPO may set out different terms, and those take precedence. Last updated October 2026.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for thirty days unless the document says otherwise. Prices depend on quantity, material and finish, and on supplier prices at the time of quoting. If a cost changes before you accept, we tell you before proceeding.
Artwork and proofs
For printed and branded work we prepare a proof for your written approval. Please check spelling, telephone numbers, colours and sizes carefully. Once a proof is approved, production begins and the approved file is what we print. Reprints caused by an error in approved artwork are charged.
Lead times
The lead times shown on this website and on quotations begin when artwork is approved and, where a deposit applies, when it is received. We keep you informed if anything threatens an agreed date, as soon as we know.
Delivery
We deliver to the address on your order and the person receiving the goods signs the delivery note. Delivery within the Nairobi city centre is normally included; elsewhere, the cost is shown separately on the quotation. Risk passes to you when the goods are received and signed for.
Payment
New clients pay on delivery, or a deposit on large or customised orders. Institutional clients supplying a local purchase order may be invoiced on agreed credit terms. Custom branded goods cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Shortages, damage and returns
Please check goods when they arrive and note any shortage or damage on the delivery note. Tell us within three working days and we will replace or credit the affected items. Standard stock items in their original packaging may be returned within seven days. Customised and branded items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or differ from the approved proof.
Warranty
Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. We record serial numbers on delivery and help you follow a claim through. Consumables and printed goods are covered against defects in materials and workmanship.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. We would far rather sort out a problem by talking about it, and in practice that is what happens.
