Who we are
Soland Enterprises Limited is a company registered in Kenya (PVT-JZULZ6X), with its office at Sunhill Building, Charles Rubia Road / Ngariama Road, Nairobi. You can reach us at info@solandenterprises.co.ke or +254 727 987 211.
What we collect
When you send a quote request or a message, we collect the name, organisation, phone number, email address and job details you type into the form, together with any file you attach. We do not ask for identity numbers, bank details or payment card information on this website, and you should never send them through it.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you place an order, to deliver and invoice it. If you become a client, we keep the records needed for tax and accounting as Kenyan law requires.
Who sees it
Only our staff. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing. We share details with a courier or supplier only where it is necessary to deliver your order, and only the details needed for that delivery.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for up to two years, in case you come back to us. Order records are kept for seven years, as required for tax purposes. Uploaded artwork is kept while your job is in production, and archived afterwards so reprints match.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses only the cookies needed to keep forms working and to protect them from spam. If we add website analytics, this page will say so and explain what is measured.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019, you may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@solandenterprises.co.ke and we will respond within thirty days.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and enquiry records are kept on a protected server. No system is perfect, so please do not send sensitive personal data through the forms on this site.
